    I liked 3 nights in this property. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with rose petals and a great view all over the Cubbon Park, for example, it worked well for me. The location was excellent, close to the coffee shop, the nearby park, and upscale mall, in a magnificent area. I ate at the indoor restaurant near the hotel🙂

    Amazing stay! I was so positively surprise by the quality of the welcome, the services, the food. But this is nothing compared to the help i got from the check in person (who welcomed me at 2:30AM and suggested to finalise check in in hotel room, as i was exhausted. Then i said that i had forgotten my picture camera in the plane, that it was sad, as i considered already it was lost... No way. This person (sorry, forgot his name) took the initiative to ask me flight details and camera details and committed to contact the company. The follow-up was done by the concierge, Mr Kupeer, and i got my camera back 2 days later. So i am convinced. Guest service means something at Marriott Bangalore! Thank you for that! I will come back to your hotel.

    My husband and I recently returned from Bandaluru, India and now we are home and adjusted from our journey I am reflecting on what an inspirational trip we had. Our stay at the JW was brilliant from beginning to end! The warmth and hospitality was so wonderful! From the front desk, to all those who greeted us. The service was incredible! A very special thank you to MD Iftehkar in the dining room! His kindness, attention to every detail to make our dining experience the best was over the top amazing. We tried Delious Indian specialties, that Iftehar would bring to our table to try! We travel extensively and I must say the service at this hotel was 5 Star all the way! Our favorite memory we took home from India was the beautiful people we met, beginning at our arrival at the JW Marriott!

    Hotel service, beautiful rooms, dining in hotel excellent, Pool & Spa services were incredible! Outstanding security for guests! Next door accessibility to high end shopping and restaurants! Very walkable city with beautiful parks next to hotel.

    great service but room lacked a cozy feel

    The staff service was perfect. They were very good too assist me when I was feeling unwell. The experience in the Executive Lounge was unmatched, with attentive staff providing top-tier service. I enjoyed the city view from my room. It added a lovely touch to my stay.

    The kids loved the swimming pool and the relaxing spa after a busy day. The breakfast service was a bit slow on one morning, but that didn't take away from our great experience overall 😊

    The hotel shines with amazing staff and superb customer service. Check-in took longer than expected and the lounge area could use better service. The food was excellent and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Would appreciate more charging options by the bed.

    The spacious Beautiful Room 1 King was perfect for our family, with a lovely view. The staff were great, especially during breakfast where we enjoyed a variety of delicious options. Room service was also quick and accommodating, even adjusting meals for our kids. The location next to Cubbon Park allowed for easy family outings.
